- Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, and approved bank transfers. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- Withdrawal Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delays may occur if KYC verification has not been completed.
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (Five Hundred BDT).
- Currency: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The following rules apply to all bets placed on bet365it, including Sports Betting, live bets, and special markets.
- Bets cannot be cancelled once accepted. However, the Cash Out feature may be used where available.
- Bets must be placed before the event starts or within the designated time window. Any bets placed after the deadline will be automatically void.
- If a match is abandoned or postponed, stakes are generally refunded, though specific market rules may apply.
- Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time of confirming a bet may be updated. If the new odds are not acceptable, the bet will be cancelled.
- In a parlay bet, if one selection is void, the remaining selections will be used to recalculate the parlay.
- Maximum win limits are set per market and event. Any amount exceeding these limits will not be paid out.
Bet365it reserves the right to suspend any bet pending investigation if unusual betting patterns are detected, match-fixing is suspected, or odds are found to be incorrect due to a technical error.
All bet365it bonuses and promotions are subject to their own terms. The general conditions are outlined below:

- Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require you to wager 5–10x the bonus amount before you can withdraw.

- Exploiting any errors in odds or platform systems to gain an unfair advantage.

- Threatening, harassing, or abusing other users or bet365it staff.

If any of these prohibited activities are detected, bet365it will immediately suspend the account in question, launch an investigation, and take legal action if necessary.
Bet365it may suspend or close an account without providing a reason in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
- Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
- Account inactivity for an extended period (over 12 months).
Users may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closure. If an unclaimed balance in a closed account is not requested within 90 days, bet365it will retain those funds.
